S&T Continues Expansion with Appointment of Ian Harris

Strategy & Technology has announced the appointment of Ian Harris to the newly created role of General Manager, Interactive Services and Applications. The appointment reflects the growth of the interactive TV market, in particular via OCAP and MHEG-5, and S&T’s ongoing success.
